Dispatch Time
At DressAffine, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. Special orders, such as preorders, may take additional time, and we will communicate the estimated dispatch timeline during the ordering process. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-4 working days. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, law and order issues, or deliveries to remote areas.

We offer a free delivery for all orders, regardless of location, anywhere in Pakistan.

Refund & Exchange Policy
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, DressAffine offers a 3-day refund to wallet and exchange policy. This policy applies to non-customized and non-sale items.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
- Incorrect, defective, or wrong items can be exchanged or refunded to your wallet within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returning non-defective or correctly delivered items are the responsibility of the customer. In cases of defective or incorrect items, DressAffine will cover the return shipping cost.
A flat replacement fee of PKR 250 may apply per product.
Conditions for Refund/Exchange
- Items that are washed, dried, damaged, or stained will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
- DressAffine is not liable for issues such as print damage, color fading, or shrinkage caused by improper washing or care.
We recommend hand washing items in cold water and hang drying to preserve quality. Always follow the care instructions provided on the tags of your items.
